This Privacy Policy describes how LHDIRECT LTD ("we", "us", "LHAI") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use LHAI — our AI-powered WordPress page builder plugin and related services at lhai.app.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

Name, email address, and WordPress site URL
License key issued upon subscription or trial signup

Usage data

Pages built, credits consumed, and feature usage counts
AI prompts you submit (retained only for service operation and 90-day undo history)

Payment information

All billing is processed by PayProGlobal. We never store your card number, CVV, or bank details on our servers.

Technical data

IP address, browser type, WordPress version, and LHAI plugin version
Basic diagnostic logs to keep the service reliable

2. How We Use Your Information

Operate the service: authenticate your license, process AI requests, generate pages, and track credit usage
Process payments via PayProGlobal
Enforce plan limits — credit quotas and domain restrictions
Improve the service through aggregate analytics only. We do not inspect individual prompts for product research.
Send account notifications such as low-credit alerts, plan renewals, and critical service updates

3. AI Data Processing

Your prompts are transmitted to Google (Gemini API) and Anthropic (Claude API) to generate page content and images.
AI providers may process your prompts subject to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them: Google, Anthropic.
Generated page content belongs entirely to you. We claim no ownership over the output.
We do not use your prompts or generated content to train our own models.

4. Data Retention

Account data: retained until you request deletion
AI generation history: 90 days, to power undo and restore
Credit usage logs: 12 months for billing-dispute resolution
Generated pages: stored in your WordPress database — we do not host them

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following processors, and only to the minimum extent needed:

Google (Gemini API) — prompts and image-generation requests
Anthropic (Claude API) — prompts and code-generation requests
PayProGlobal — billing information for subscription and pack purchases

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

6. International Data Transfers

Google and Anthropic process data in the United States.
PayProGlobal operates internationally.
Railway, our server hosting provider, is based in the United States.
For EEA and UK users, Standard Contractual Clauses apply with each processor.

7. Your Rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Act, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
Restriction of processing
Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Object to processing
Withdraw consent at any time
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

8. Security

All connections to lhai.app and the plugin's licensing API use HTTPS/TLS.
License keys are unique per domain and revocable.
API keys for third-party services are stored encrypted at rest.
Credit-affecting operations are atomic and audit-logged (admin user, IP, and timestamp).

9. Cookies & Local Storage

The LHAI plugin uses localStorage in the WordPress admin UI to remember editor preferences (splitter position, viewport mode, recent colors).
The lhai.app public website uses minimal privacy-respecting analytics.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

10. Children's Privacy

LHAI is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact [email protected] and we will remove it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will email account holders in advance. Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Controller-Processor Relationship

You are the controller of your website content generated through LHAI. LHDIRECT LTD / LHAI acts as a processor on your behalf. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
