Refund Policy
LHAI is a credit-based SaaS service. We want customers to be happy — and we also need refund terms that reflect how a usage-based AI product works. The rules below apply to all subscriptions and credit-pack purchases made through PayProGlobal.
Monthly Subscriptions
Applies to Starter ($9/month) and Pro ($99/month):
- Subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Your monthly credit allotment is delivered to your account immediately upon payment, and AI compute costs are incurred on your behalf as credits are spent.
- By subscribing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital service and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right once delivery has begun.
- Before paying anything, the free tier lets you build a full page and evaluate the product — that is the trial.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your access continues until then, and no further renewals are charged.
- You may cancel at any time from the WordPress dashboard or by emailing support.
Credit Packs
Applies to Pack M ($50), Pack L ($100), and Pack XL ($500):
- Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed from the pack.
- If no credits from the pack have been used, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
- Partially used packs are not eligible for refund.
How to Cancel or Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] with your license key and a brief reason.
- We aim to respond within 24 business hours.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method (PayProGlobal).
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your generated pages remain on your WordPress site — they are your content and we never remove them.
- The LHAI plugin reverts to free-tier functionality.
- Monthly plan credits stop renewing.
- Any remaining purchased credits are forfeited only upon full account deletion, not on cancellation alone.
Exceptions
- Billing errors: full refund of any incorrect charge.
- Duplicate charges: full refund of the duplicate amount.
- Extended service outage (over 48 hours): pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.
Why no money-back window?
LHAI is a consumable AI service — every credit you spend triggers real Claude and Gemini API calls that we pay for the moment they run. Unlike time-based software access, consumed AI compute cannot be returned. That's why the free tier exists: try the full product before paying a cent. Unused credit packs get a 48-hour grace period precisely because nothing was consumed.
