Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LHAI — the AI-powered WordPress page-builder plugin and related services operated by LHDIRECT LTD. By installing the plugin, signing up for a license, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the LHAI plugin in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
LHAI provides:
- A WordPress plugin for AI-powered page generation
- AI processing via Google Gemini (design planning & image generation) and Anthropic Claude (code generation)
- A Visual Editor for manual page editing inside the WordPress admin
- A curated library of prompt templates
- A credit-based usage system — see Section 5
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
- You must have an active WordPress website where you intend to install the plugin.
- License scope depends on your plan: one domain on Starter, unlimited on Pro — see Section 6.

All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply at checkout. Prices may change from time to time; we will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days before any change affects their plan.
5. Credits & Billing
- Monthly credits reset on the renewal date of your subscription.
- Unused monthly credits do NOT roll over to the next billing period.
- Purchased credits (from packs) carry over indefinitely while your account is active.
- Credits are consumed by AI actions. Typical costs:
- Build a page: 50-300 credits (scales with sections + images)
- Edit with AI: 20-100 credits
- Generate image: 10 credits
- Plan Mode (discuss only): 5 credits
- Manual edits via the Visual Editor: FREE
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayProGlobal until cancelled.
6. Domain Restrictions
- Starter plan: limited to one (1) WordPress domain. The domain is registered on first AI action.
- Pro plan: unlimited domains.
- Changing the primary domain of a Starter license requires contacting [email protected].
7. AI-Generated Content
- Content generated with LHAI is yours to use commercially on your website.
- AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.
- We are not liable for content you publish on your website, including copyright issues arising from AI-generated imagery.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Produce illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content
- Generate hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or any content that violates applicable law
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the LHAI plugin or server components
- Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or domain restrictions
- Resell LHAI-generated pages as an automated-as-a-service offering to third parties
Violations may result in immediate suspension and termination without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
- The LHAI plugin code, branding, templates, and service architecture are owned by LHDIRECT LTD.
- Content generated for your pages belongs to you.
- Prompt templates and section designs are licensed to you for use — not ownership — and may not be redistributed.
10. Service Availability
- We aim for high uptime on a best-effort basis; we do not offer a 100% availability guarantee.
- Outages at upstream AI providers (Google, Anthropic) or payment processors (PayProGlobal) are outside our control.
- We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows when practical.
11. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- On cancellation: the LHAI plugin reverts to free-tier functionality. Pages you have already generated remain on your WordPress site — they are your content.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LHDIRECT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
14. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, acts of government, war, internet outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LHDIRECT LTD, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or content you publish through LHAI.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
17. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LHDIRECT LTD regarding the service.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

- WordPress® is a trademark of Automattic Inc.
- Google® and Gemini are trademarks of Google LLC.
- Claude® is a trademark of Anthropic PBC.
- LHAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the above.
